Monitor your Eating Habits

People gain weight for 2 major reasons: too much eating and too little exercise. That’s it. Therefore, taking care of the diet side can help you keep the weight gain monster at bay—especially in the cold weather season as people tend to overeat and not do much exercise.

In addition, cold weather may be the best reason for hitting the gym with your pals. There’s nothing more rewarding other than sweating like hell in the gym after a stressful working day. Also, peering up can help your motivation and get you out of the mind-clutter. Just make sure that you’re peering up with the right training partner.
